Marina Bay Sands

6 years had passed since I had hopped on a plane and jetsetted to some far distant land. I had been planning on doing a big trip though America with my best friend but after some serious thinking, America was not going to be doable for many reason. So we decided on doing a smaller trip somewhere in Asia. After a small amount of deliberation and a cheap holiday special we made our minds up on Singapore and Hong Kong. I have only ever passed through Singapore on my way to another part of the world but as soon as you arrive at Changi Airport you know that you have come to a special place. I love everything about Singapore, it is such a clean organised country with the most amazing well thought out architecture, beautiful old colonial buildings, beautiful people and culture. It is such an amazing relaxed country with many things to see and do. But there is just one thing that I love most about Singapore. It was a building by the name of Marina Bay Sands. Everything about this building to me is beautiful from the amazing atrium you walk through with so much natural light flowing in from the storeys and storeys of windows, to seeing the layers of hallways rising towards the ceiling. When viewing it from the gardens that surround it, you see the amazing reflective nature of the columns that rise up and hold the ship-like structure. There are many reasons I would return to Singapore but Marina Bay Sands is the best reason to return.   ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
